Pan seared chicken breast topped with smoke pancetta, mozzarella cheese & a light semi-sweet grand marnier cream sauce with pasta

Chicken breast, artichoke hearts, mushrooms & smoked pancetta sauteed in lemon butter with a side of capellini
Chicken Parmesan (Pomodoro Style):
Lightly breaded with italian bread crumbs, topped with fresh mozzarella and served over herbed linguine with housemade pomodoro sauce
