February 6, 2012, Myrtle Beach, S.C. – Coastal Uncorked Food, Wine and Spirits Festival presented by Grand Strand Magazine and MyrtleBeachHotels.com will host the second-annual oyster roast to kick-off the 2012 Festival, which takes place April 22 -29, 2012. The oyster roast will be held on Sunday, February 26, 2012 at Sea Captain’s House from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Guests can enjoy the oceanfront view while listening to live music by The Paul Grimshaw Band and sampling fresh oysters, spirits, wine and desserts. This event will be held rain or shine.

WINNING POSTER AND OFFICIAL COCKTAIL OF COASTAL UNCORKED FOOD, WINE AND SPIRITS FESTIVAL REVEALED
November 17, 2011, Myrtle Beach, S.C. - Representatives for Coastal Uncorked Food Wine & Spirits Festival, today announced the “Official Cocktail” of Coastal Uncorked. Christa Brown and Jeffrey Ray, mixologists from the House of Blues, defended their title and won the competition for the second year in a row with the creation of the “Ciroc Gummy Berry Martini.” The People’s Choice Award was given to Lars Decker of Bistro 90 for the creation of the “Bistro Basil and Berrytini.”

COASTAL UNCORKED POSTER UNVEILING EVENT AND CIRC MIXOLOGY CHALLENGE NOVEMBER 8 AT REVOLUTIONS, BROAD
Representatives from Coastal Uncorked Food Wine & Spirits Festival announced today that the festival will hold the poster unveiling event and Circ mixology challenge on Tuesday, November 8 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Revolutions Night Club at Broadway at the Beach. The 2012 festival poster and the official cocktail of Coastal Uncorked will be announced.
